Sub-processors

The third parties that help us run Postlane, what each one handles, and nothing it does not.

§ 01

Overview

Postlane uses a small number of third-party services to operate. Each sub-processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and is listed below with the specific data they receive and why.

Note: Chatwoot (our live-chat tool visible to signed-in users on the dashboard) runs on our own DigitalOcean server and is self-hosted infrastructure, not a third-party sub-processor.

For the full picture of how we collect and use personal data, see our privacy policy.

We will update the region column for Zernio as soon as their data processing region is confirmed. If you require this information before that, please contact us.
